Abstract (EN)

ERP systems have been developed to manage the functional areas of an organization in a balance. Today?s businesses need ERP systems. Successful selection and implementation of ERP systems help organizations in achieving efficiency and gaining competitive advantage. Unsuccessful ERP selections and implementations, on the other hand, cause important financial and efficiency losses. The purpose of this study is to determine which factors are important in successful implementation of ERP systems. This research is a case study in which data collected from employees of a company which have implemented an ERP system by a questionnaire to reveal the important factors in the success of implementation. The effect of different factors in ERP implementation, namely preparation and training, transition, performance and maintenance are considered. Based on the analysis of the data it is found that preparation and performance are important factors in the success of ERP implementation.
