Abstract (EN)
In this study, where we examine the life of Wahba Mustafa ez-Zuhaylî, his works and his fatwas on some subjects in the field of fiqh, we see that as well as the majority of Islamic scholars, Zuhaylî also gave works not only in the field of Islamic law but also in different branches of science, especially in tafsir. We examined our study in 3 sections, and the sections generally focused on the following topics: 1. The environment in which Wahba Zuhaili was born, his journey of science, his death and what was said after his death, 2. As far as we can obtain, the information and content of all of Wahbe Zuhaylî's works, large and small, that we can reach, 3. Fatwas consisting of Wehbe Zuhaylî's answers to questions that are directed to him in the field of fiqh and that are likely to be asked. When we compare the number of pages of the first chapter in which we tried to convey the life of Zuhaylî and the page numbers of the second chapter where we tried to give his works in our study, we once again realize that he is an Islamic scholar who lives his life to the fullest.
