Abstract (EN)
Gurretü'l-'Asr fî Tefsîr Sûreti'n-Nasr is the prose interpretation of the surah Nasr. It was copyrighted in the first quarter of the 17th century. It is attributed to Veysi. Two manuscript copies of the work have been identified. Thesis; is the translated text of the work made in two copies, its examination from various aspects and its introduction to the scientific world. In the introduction part of our study, which consists of five parts, the subject, scope, importance, purpose, method and limitations of the research and the prose tradition and tafsir in Classical Turkish Literature are mentioned. In the second part, information about Veysî's life, literary and scientific personality and works are given. In the third chapter, the content of the work is processed, the language and stylistic features are examined, and the orthographic features of the original copy are shown. Then, the copies used in the study were introduced and information about their characteristics was given. Confusion about the name and subject of the work has also been clarified, and the people and works that have been the source of the work have been shown. In the fourth chapter, the translated text of the work and the dictionary of the work are given. In the last part, there are the results obtained by the evaluation of the study, the bibliography and the facsimile of both copies. With this study, the confusion about the title and subject of the work was corrected. Important clues have been obtained that the work belongs to Veysî. It has been learned that the author has retired and has a work called Gül-deste-i Belâgat. With this thesis, it is aimed to reveal how Veysî, who is famous for his privity and a scholar, understood, interpreted and explained the chapter of Nasr.
