Success analysis web based survey assesment and evaluation

In this study, the web-based applications of assessment and evaluation practices that are an important phase of education and training activities are discussed. The rapid progress of the information and communication technology has made it indispensable moving all assessment and evaluation practices to web environment. Assessment and evaluation procedures like measuring knowledge, skills and abilities, and reporting analysis have become more rapid and easier in web environment. This is the goal of enhancing the quality of education by using information technologies. For this reason, the exams that apply web-based assessment and evaluation practices and the exams that use conventional method are compared; and the results are discussed.
