Abstract (EN)

Lean manufacturing method is not only a production method, a system that is worker friendly. In lean production, the authority and role of the personel is expanding. In a sense, the task worker has been replaced by the knowledge worker. For this to happen in the educational prerequisite.In line with the technological change, Computer Aided Education has replaced the traditional education system. Nowadays, games are one of the most popular training methods that are applied through computer..Simulations aim to make the users create their own cognitive models about the events and processes, make research, apply and develop the information in an effective way. cognitive models of Without the limit of time and space, individual or collaborative web environment that allows the establishment of communication, makes the learning process more effective. Simulation games, which include computers and internet, have been the most popular research topics in the previous years.Production system, which will be a radical transformation of mentality, because it requires an effective way of learning is very important.
