Abstract (EN)

While there are studies such as music, piano, guitar and singing education in the field of web-based education in the literature, it is seen that there are no materials for baglama and baglama education, which is one of the traditional Turkish Music instruments. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of the curriculum and course materials created for web-based distance education and the baglama course given in the conservatory 3rd and 4th grade baglama course gains. Within the scope of the research, 14-week distance baglama training course programs for the 3rd and 4th grades were planned according to the course learning outputs obtained from the Giresun University State Conservatory Traditional Turkish Music Department course introduction forms. Course materials suitable for these programs have been prepared and the programs have been put into practice in the Fall Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year. In the study, by adopting the mixed method; The "Single Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Model", one of the Trial Models, was applied to 21 Baglama students studying in the 3rd and 4th grades of undergraduate education in its experimental dimension, which is quantitative. The quantitative data obtained were analyzed with the SPSS 25 program and tested with the Paired Samples t-Test, which is one of the parametric methods since the number of samples was less than 30. Within the scope of the quantitative findings obtained, when the pre-test and post-test average levels of all students are examined, 2 steps from poor level to good level in the 1st criterion, 3 steps from the very weak level to the good level in the 2nd criterion, and from very weak to moderate level in the 3.4.5 and 6th criteria. It can be said that they have achieved 2 steps of progress. According to the average score, it is seen that there is at least 2 and at most 3 steps progress in the criterion levels. In the qualitative aspect of the research, the Case Study (Special Case) method was used. In line with this method, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the students . The answers obtained were interpreted by subjecting them to content analysis.
