A research on traditional food consumption among generation Y

As a part of cultural heritage preservation and sustainability of traditional foods matter on international scale. Research on production, distribution and consumption of traditional foods can prevent these foods from dying with the elder generations. Thus, this research aims to investigate the perception and attitute towards traditional foods among generation Y, and to determine the volume of traditional food consumption in their food consumption patterns.
