Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study; Consumer behaviors and shopping habits of Y and Z generation individuals and the effects of these habits on Y and Z belt were tried to be determined. A survey was conducted using a five-point Likert-type scale to guide the Y and Z generation to online consumption and to measure motivation levels in this target frame. The survey was conducted on a total of 400 Y and Z generation. Survey results were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program. In our study, it was done in order to determine the factors that determine consumer behaviors and factors that affect motivation when shopping on the internet. Factors affecting the motivation of Y and Z circulation while shopping on the internet are examined by regression analysis and the demographic characteristics of the employees are also mentioned. As a result of all these analyzes, the motives affecting factors affecting Y and Z generation for online shopping are compared. As a result of the study; Factors Y and Z have different effects on shopping motivation.
