Preparation of speaking syllabus sample at basic level (A1-A2) in teaching Turkish as a foreign language

Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to prepare a new example of a program for speaking at a basic level in teaching Turkish as a foreign language. Towards this end, the earnings have been made in the light of speaking skill competence of the Common European texts. Speaking skills competencies are grouped under two headings as "Productive Efficiency and Strategies" and "Interactive Activities and Strategies". There were 41 earnings in total in accordance with the titles, and no earnings were made for four qualifications since they had no identifiers. The earnings achieved by speaking skills parts of the A1 and A2 level books, like Seven Climate Turkish (Yedi İklim Türkçe) of Yunus Emre Institute (YEE), which is the most used text book across the country and abroad, Turkish for Foreigners of Gazi TÖMER and New Hitit (Yeni Hitit) Turkish for Foreigners of Ankara TÖMER were assessed to find out the suitability of the qualifications. In the descriptive study, datas were collected according to the searching model. In this context, Productivity Efficiency and Strategies were found at 24% in the Seven Climate Turkish, 41% in Turkish for Foreigners of Gazi and 35% in New Hitit of Ankara while Interactive Activities and Strategies were found at 30% in the Seven Climate Turkish, 53% in Turkish for Foreigners of Gazi and 17% in New Hitit of Ankara. Based on this statement, the ratio of the Productivity Efficiency and Strategies to the Interactive Activities and Strategies is 63% to 37% in Seven Climate Turkish, 60% to 40% in Turkish for Foreigners, 73% to 20% in New Hitit. In the light of these findings, a sample programme was prepared for the purpose speaking skills.
