The right and liberty of foreigners to benefit from the right to work in Turkey

Work permits of foreigners are within sovereign authority of states therefore, every state has different regulations. In Turkish law, if a foreigner is not exempted from obtaining a work permit by law or international convention, they must obtain a work permit for work in Turkey. The Law on International Labour Force No. 6735 was enacted in 2016 to specify how the work permits of foreigners will be arranged, evaluated, and application of procedures. The law not only regulates the application procedures in general but also stipulates that foreigners who are special due to their status and jobs are subject to different provisions. It specifies which sanctions will be imposed on foreigners working without a work permit, which causes many problems in terms of implementation, in terms of foreigners law.
