Özet (EN)
ALIENATION TO WORK AND NURSES Now that working is a part of our lives and the demand of economic freedom has arised, it has become highly necessary to give importance to the concept of alienation which has disrupted the natural balance of most people. With this study, it is practised to explain how estrangement developed among nurse and how it can be avoided. For that purpose, Seeman's classification of alienation has been taken as a basis and alienation has been analysed under five titles as powelessness, meaninglessness, normlessness, isolation and self-estrangement. In this study; depending on the historian methods, literature review techniques have been used. Furthermore, in the parts of the study examined from the view of alienation of nurses in the work place, proffessional knowledge, experience and observations have been assigned. As a result of this study, unless the feeling of alienation from work among nurses are avoided, the five titles mentioned above occur. If the alienation from work among nurses are avoided, motivation, organizational commitment and the level of job satisfaction will increase and thus work stoppage can be prevented. Also, health care and service quality can develop with regards to constitution.
