Özet (EN)

This study was carried out on 2 eyed cuttings of the 5 wild vine (V. vinifera ssp.silvestris) rootstocks (E2, M4, L8, S2 and C3) and 2 American grapevine (41B and 1616C) rootstocks in the Research and Application Greenhouse Department of Horticulture of Faculty of Agriculture of Dicle University. When the buds of these rootstocks broke and have 2-3 leaves, different doses (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mM NaCl) of salt were applied for 8 weeks. When the average values of the obtained results were valued, it was determined as % 86.66 (L8)- %100 (1616C, 41B ve C3) of plant vitality ratio, 16.43 cm (M4)-23.20 cm (L8) of shoot length, 2.56 g (S2)-7.14 g (1616C) of shoot wet weight, 0.55 g (S2)-1.12 g (1616C) of shoot dry weight, 3.50 adet (41B)-6.63 adet (1616C) of the number of knots, 4.06 (41B)-7.06 (1616C) of leaf number, 20.05 (L8)-29.36 (C3) chlorophyll ratio, %93.33 (L8)-%100 (1616C, C3, E2, M4 ve S2) of rooting ratio, 1.03 g (L8)-3.88 g (41B) of root wet weight, 0.16 g (L8)-0.37 g (41B) of root dry weight, 12.03 cm (1616C)-18.03 cm (E2) of root length, 8.53 (C3)-26.86 (1616C) of root number, 0.5 (1616C)-1.5 (L8) of root damage degree, 0.23 (E2)- 0.56 (1616C) of root tolerance ratio, 0.23 (E2)- 0.58 (1616C) of shoot tolerance ratio, 80.23 (E2)- 149.72 (1616C) of shoot tolerance index and 150.53 (1616C)-160.48 (41B) of root tolerance index. As a result, the physical properties of all wild vine and American vine rootstocks have decreased due to the increase in salt doses.
