Abstract (EN)
In today's globalizing world, businesses have to produce effective solutions and decide on various problems they encounter in order to survive against the changing competitive conditions as a result of increasing costs and digitalization. Lean Manufacturing is defined as a production system in which there are no unnecessary steps in the organization, the cost is low, the error is low, the stocks are zero, the improvement and customer satisfaction are kept at the highest level. The organization that implements the lean production technique increases its profitability, increases its efficiency, quality and speed. In this context, it is very important to manage the Supply Chain correctly. It is possible to avoid surprises, to predict and predict costs, and to make these predictions consistent with forecasting. Obtaining demand forecasts with high accuracy is a key factor for the success of all supply chain management processes. In this study, a business operating in the beverage sector is discussed. The 2018-2021 sales data of the company were taken into consideration and included in the research. In the first stage, improvements will be presented by analyzing the current situation with lean production techniques. It will be aimed to plan processes more effectively by predicting the future situation with demand forecasting.
