Micro-credit as the method of combating poverty has been launched in Bangladesh in 1976 by Muhammad Yunus. Micro loans are loans of poor people that include of small amount in order to establish their own businesses , especially poor women. Such loans reduce income inequality between the sexes in society and society is used as a tool to strengthen the position of women. It is difficult to make a single definition for the concept of poverty. Poverty in the narrowest sense, if taken as a lack of income and the poverty people in the true sense of the household or clothing, shelter, are described as the lack of basic needs such as nutrition. The most basic definition of poverty is the situation to meet material conditions of political, socio-economic and cultural needs. Capability, hunger and malnutrition, lack of education, avoidance of disease is defined as the ability to avoid complicating the difficult conditions of people's lives, such as social insecurity. Doing deprivation can occur in the absence of income scarcity. According to the concept of Amasya Sen, understanding the poverty of individuals requirement looking not only to their housholds income, but also at the life experience. In this study, Sakarya Grameen bank micro credit users were questioned face to face interviews and micro-credit branch application is discussed in the capability approach concept. This study are including demographic informations of users, questions about the use of micro-credit and questions intended to measure capability approach.
