Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to reveal the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and burnout levels of public employees working in a public institution on the European side of Istanbul. The main purpose of using structural equation modeling for the study is that structural equation modeling can explain the relationships between these latent variables in a single analysis and reveal both direct and indirect effects. Statistical analysis of the obtained data was performed with the SPSS 22 package program and the causality relationships of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the burnout were analyzed with the structural equation modeling with AMOS 23 package program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the job satisfaction of the employees was effective in the formation of organizational commitment and positively affected, also their burnout levels negatively affected their job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
