The research was conducted on the parents whose children were boarding or normal second degree students in these schools. The questionnaires were conducted to total 112 student parents; 67 boarding student parents, 45 normal student parents. Basic frequency and percentage was taken in the statistical analysis on the data gathered from the subjects. In the validity and reliability process of the questionnaire interclass correlation coefficient test was conducted. The questionnaire was conducted because the interclass correlation coefficient was near to 1.00 values for every item. The questionnaire?s first nine question was seeking personal information from the parents, and the subsequent 16 questions were evaluating the parents? ideas about physical education courses and about activities independent from the physical education course. As a result some of the parents identified that the equipment in their school are sufficient but majority of them underlined that they have no information about the owned equipments. The parents are not informed about the activities held and the equipment owned by schools. In RPBS, school teams did not get the parents? support but parents let their children participating in social activities. They especially give permission to the boys to participate in sports activities but they do not want the girls to participate in sports. Therefore, in RPBS girl teams can not be constructed and RPBS can not participate to the tournaments organized for girl students. Parents identified that they and their children did not have any important role in physical education courses and in the activities independent from the physical education courses. They taught that the teachers? and the administration?s attitude will be effective to increase the efficiency of these activities. The parents participated to the research were in consensus to increase the one hour physical education course to two hours. Furthermore, the parents thought that the sports team activities will worsen the students? achievement and pointed that participating in social activities will not have any effect on school achievement.
