ARDSI, KOSGEB and DA operate within the scope of investment incentive practices in Turkey. The increase in small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the country and the diversification of production activities eliminates the differences between regions. At the same time, it provides an opportunity to increase employment areas and increase export rates in certain areas. Financial support for the production activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in Turkey is provided by ARDSI, KOSGEB and DA. These agencies carry out studies in line with the goal of supporting and developing small and medium-sized enterprises. Within the scope of investment incentive applications, practices such as customs tax, VAT exemption, withholding support, interest support, insurance premium, income tax support, stock support, worker share support are carried out. At the same time, it carries out various projects so that small and medium-sized businesses can adapt to the digital transformation process more easily. In line with this information, general information about the investment incentive and development concepts is given in this research. At the same time, the effects of ARDSI, KOSGEB and DA on local and regional development were examined. Looking at the results of the study; It was concluded that ARDSI, KOSGEB and DA should be supported more by the state. At the same time, in order to transfer Turkey's natural wealth and social and cultural characteristics to future generations, these institutions should be supported and the supports should be diversified as a result of researches on investment incentive practices. Specialized personnel in the field of ARDSI, KOSGEB and DA should be employed, the duties, responsibilities and administrative structure in these institutions should be followed. Within the scope of investment incentive practices, monitoring of small and medium-sized enterprises by subjecting them to inspection and control mechanisms at regular intervals will increase the efficiency to be obtained from these institutions. It is thought that this study will guide similar studies on the contribution of investment incentive practices to local/regional development.
