The vocabulary of Yavuz Bülent Bakiler's poetry book named "With you"

The vocabulary of languages reminds one all of the words in that language. However, it is not true to understand and intrepret vocabulary as a simple term or as all of the words in a language. Vocabulary is the most significant instrument that reflects the culture, ways of thinking and world view of the very culture. In other words, vocabulary should not just be considered as constructed symbols composed of certain sounds, but as a world of concepts of that culture, as a reflector of the material and spiritual culture, and as a crossection of the very society. In this project, we evaluated the vocabulary of the poetry book `WithYou? both in respect to the grammer categories of the words and the multiplicity of meaning and also as a transformer of culture after providing an introduction on vocabulary in general.Key Words: Vocabulary, Yavuz Bülent Bakiler
