New world order in the context of terrorism, proxy wars and Turkey

In the context of changing conditions, the concept of the Proxy Wars emerges as a new battle strategy of the New Century. Today, especially in the terrorist organizations, different state and non-state actors, the war of power of attorneys, especially in the geography of the Middle East is frequently experienced. Within the context of the New World Order and within the changing circumstances, it is predicted that the Proxy Wars will be the most preferred war strategy in the future as it is today. This thesis study is treated as three parts except the result.
