Abstract (EN)

In this study; examined new hybrid Efem, Spil Karası, Lidya, Ece, Mesir, Manisa Pembesi grape varieties and MxHM1317, TxC32, TxC175, MxTI58 and MxTI25 candidate genotypes adaptation of the regional ecology, phenological periods, total effective temperature (EST) requirements, yield and examined some quality characteristics. In the varieties used in the experiment, bud break on 15 March (Efem) - 31 March (Manisa Pembesi), full bloom on 6 May (MxHM1317)-14 May (Manisa Pembesi), veraison on 18 June (Efem, Spil Karası and Ece)-12 July (Mesir) and harvest on 6-8 July (Efem, Spil karası and Ece)-27 July (Mesir). It was evaluated that 8 of the varieties were matured on 6-13 July; 3 of them matured between 20-37 July. Efem had the lowest EST value of 1617.2 gd; The highest EST value was calculated in Mesir variety with 2065.2 gd. The highest yields per vine were MxTI25 and Mesir (16461 g and 13380 g, respectively); berry weights were obtained as 548.7 g and 514.8 g, respectively, for MxTI25 and Mesir varieties. Lidya was determined as the variety with the highest 100 berry weight (810 g), followed by Manisa Pembesi (685 g). The highest and lowest total soluble solids values of MxHM1317 and MxTI25, respectively, with 18.5% and 13.6%. In acidity, Efem and TxC32 were evaluated with the highest and lowest values of 0.85% and 0.37%, respectively. It was concluded that may be recommended in terms of earliest, Efem, Spil Karası and Ece; in terms of yield and quality MxTI25 and Mesir varieties.
