Abstract (EN)

This thesis describes the development process and results of a printing device for the construction industry using three-dimensional printing technology. The device was tested in a laboratory environment with different raw materials and printing techniques, and various improvements were made to enhance the printing quality. Hardware and software enhancements were implemented to increase the device's printing accuracy. By synchronizing the material feeding mechanism with the 3D printing system, it was possible to obtain more homogeneous cross-sectional profile objects from raw materials with varying viscosities. In the device's design, key components such as the extruder system, print head movement mechanism, and control software were optimized. The developed extruder system enables easy cleaning of ceramic slurry, thereby resolving clogging issues and allowing the use of all types of slurry-based raw materials. This system offers significant advantages in ceramic production by providing flexibility in using different clay types and increasing production efficiency. The movement accuracy of the print head was improved, leading to better interlayer adhesion and surface smoothness. The most suitable parameters were determined by testing various printing speeds and temperature settings. Based on the obtained data, a device has been developed that enables users in the construction industry to visualize and realize their desired designs, and to produce durable and functional three-dimensional structural objects. This study will contribute to the wider adoption of 3D printing technology in the construction sector, allowing architects and engineers to bring more complex and original designs to life.
