Özet (EN)

The use of renewable energy sources is increasing day by day and it is predicted that many environmental problems can be solved by transitioning to 100% renewable energy sources. In this study, the problem of optimum site selection for a gradual transition to 100% renewable energy sources is handled by considering 81 provinces in Turkey. The study is carried out in a long term by considering a strategic decision level. In this study, biomass energy, solar energy, hydroelectric energy, geothermal energy, and wind energy are taken into account as renewable energy sources. In the study, weighted goal programming, fuzzy weighted goal programming, prioritized goal programming, and Conic Scalarization Method models are developed by integrating with the electricity demand estimated by the regARIMA method. In each of these developed multi-objective programming models, the minimization of the sums of deviations from installation time, investment cost, annual cost, carbon emission reduction amount, usage time, and risk goals is discussed. In all handled multi-objective programming models, the optimum solution is reached in a short time by using GAMS 23.5 software program, and the use of many real data in the study increases the accuracy of the study.
