Yenişehirlizade Halit Eyüp's Life, Art and Works This study focuses on Yenişehirlizade Halit Eyüp's life and works, a figure whose name had not much come into prominence during the reign of Abdulhamid II. Halit Eyüp is one of prospering names of his time who started his writing career as an author in journals and newspapers. Within the Intermediate Generation of New Turkish Literature, Halit Eyüp produced twelve works in total in biography, Islamic publishing, scholarly article, novel and poems. Further, he also has certain translations. By associating with life of the author, this study examines his works in terms of language, rhetoric, and content. In the light of the obtained data, Halit Eyüp's skills are also examined in this study. Key Words: Yenişehirlizade Halit Eyüp, Ara Nesil, Contemporary Turkish Literature.
