Abstract (EN)
This study, which is in our country or will be, aims to determine the profile of organic food consumers, it aims to analyze that will impact positively or negatively on consumer attitudes and behavior towards organic food factors expose and consumers related to what extent these factors with the decision to purchase. Organic food products, which are known as "green" or "environmentally friendly" products, to groving and marketing this product has been adopted the basic principles of marketing that are social responsibility, management and sustainability principles of holistic approach. The aim of maintaining biodiversity and soil fertility in organic farming, which is specified in the definition of sustainable development, guarantees future generations provides to their own needs. Furthermore, growing and marketing of organic agricultural products' all phases monitored strictly and control all the factors by various certification agencies and and in the process to use all the factors that can damage human health and the environment (eg chemical and synthetic inputs) have banned the reveals that the adoption of a holistic management approach in the marketing of organic products. In addition, as aims to support for small farmers and to target regional development entirely consistent with social responsibility principles of green marketing. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, the concept of green marketing ,which is one of today's most popular approach, is described in a wider context with in the literature. In this context, in the second part, concept of organic food,which is intertwined with the green marketing concept, is shown a mutually complementary dealt with all aspects and all stages are described. In the third chapter, theses and hypotheses put forward in comparison and evaluation are made about issue at my work. The last chapter is given to the results of questionnaire for the thesis and hypothesis. Increasing the organic food consumption in the domestic market, less chemical usage of Turkish consumers and healthier products to be able to get to consume chance, agricultural land, soil fertility and in terms of protecting the sustainability of production and economic aspects of Turkey's organic food industry's success in foreign markets and gains continue to be in the domestic market in terms of achieving the development occupies a very important place. The study is considered consumer profile of the internal market and by enabling the identification of internal and external factors associated with consumption is thought to have contributed to a significant share of the sector's development and country's economy.
