Abstract (EN)
Talent management is applications that involve the processes of attracting, developing and retaining employees, and making backup plans for future critical positions. The concept of job satisfaction is related to the employee's harmony with his job. In order for the employee to be successful in his job, he must feel happy, peaceful and valuable. Therefore, businesses should create environments that will positively affect the job satisfaction of employees. In the study, whether the perception of talent management and job satisfaction and its sub-dimensions show a significant difference according to demographic characteristics consisting of age, gender, marital status, seniority and education, the relationship between the perception of talent management and job satisfaction and its sub-dimensions, and the job satisfaction and sub-dimensions of talent management perception. effect has been studied. A questionnaire including research scales and demographic variables was applied to blue and white collar employees in three small and medium sized enterprises operating in the machinery and equipment sector in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone of Malatya. Frequency method, Kaiser-Meyer and Bartlett's Tests, Factor Analysis, Normality Test, T Test, One Way Anova, Correlation and Regression analyzes were used in the research. According to the findings obtained as a result of the analysis, it was determined that external job satisfaction showed a significant difference according to marital status, while the perception of talent management, job satisfaction and internal job satisfaction showed a significant difference according to seniority. It has been determined that there is a positive and strong relationship between talent management perception and job satisfaction, a positive and very strong relationship between internal job satisfaction and a positive and moderate relationship between external job satisfaction. It was concluded that 60% of job satisfaction, 68% of internal job satisfaction and 24% of external job satisfaction were explained by talent management.
