Özet (EN)
In this study, 30 male and 30 females with a total of 60 Aleppo goats were used in a dairy goat company that engaged in intensive cultivation in the Diyarbakir province Bismil district. In the study, the birth weight and the 7-month live weights of the kids were measured, and the growth curve models of Linear, Gompertz and Richards were tested for these weights. In order to determine the best model from within the models used, the coefficient of determination (R2) and the mean of error square averages (ESA) statistical values are used, the model that best describes the growth; Single born (0.98 ± 2.66), twin-born (0.97 ± 1.33) and female Aleppo goats (0.98 ± 1.31), while the Richards growth curve describes the model best, Gompertz and Richards models tried in male Aleppo goats 0.975±1.76; 0.976±2.01; 0.976±2.49 have the same growth. However, ESA has been identified as the best model that defines the growth of the smallest Gompertz model. As a result, the growth models used in our research material, the Aleppo goat is a good fit with the kids, what is thought to be done, with the early selection of the very accurate results were obtained. Because the identified coefficient of determination (R2) is extremely high, their fault squares averages (ESA) have also been identified small to that extent.
