Method: The relational-scanning model was used in the study. The sample group consists of managers and working individuals residing in Istanbul. The sample included a total of 300 people. 150 (50%) of the 300 were managers, and 150 (50%) of them were employees. In the present study, Young Schema Questionnaire Short Form-3 , which was used to get information about early maladaptive schemas of participants, Emotion Regulation Difficulty Scale to determine participants` emotional regulation levels, Resilience Scale for Adults to evaluate their psychological resilience levels were administrated to the individulals. Also, to get information about individuals` demographics, Sociodemographic Information Form was used. 300 people, including 150 managers (50%) and 150 employees (50%), were included in the study. In the study, Sociodemographic Information Form was used as data collection tool, Young Schema Scale Short Form3 for evaluation of early maladaptive schemas of the participants, Emotion Regulation Difficulty Scale for determining emotion regulation levels, and Psychological Resilience Scale for Adults was used to evaluate psychological resilience levels. Findings: It was found that early maladjustment schemes differ according to the position variable. It was seen that managers got high scores in high standards and punishment schemes, while employees got high scores in schemes of pessimism, flaw, failure, and addiction. It was also seen that the psychological resilience level of the manager group wass higher than the working group. The emotion regulation difficulty level of the employees was higher than that of the managers. A negative relationship was found between early maladjustment schemes and psychological resilience in managers and employees. As the score obtained from early maladaptive schemes increases, the level of psychological resilience decreases. It was observed that there was a positive relationship between early period maladaptive schemas and difficulty in emotion regulation in managers and employees. While the score from early maladaptive schemas increases, the difficulty in emotion regulation increases. A negative relationship was found between emotional resilience and difficulty in emotion regulation in managers and employees.
