The effects of executive will on business success: The case of Kocaeli

With increasing globalization and technological developments, competition has reached a high level, and every business has intensified its effort to benefit from its existing resources at the highest level. With the changing competitive and social conditions, the motivation and commitment of the employees of the organization has become an important factor on both individual and organizational performance. Accordingly, it is an important issue to increase the motivation and commitment of the employees within the decision mechanisms of the managers. In addition to the decisions about the operation of the business, the decisions taken for the employees have also come to a position that makes a difference on the success of the business. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to determine the effects of the will of the manager on the success of the business. In this direction, within the theoretical approach, the titles of decision making, management and manager, total quality management, business success and the will of the manager and business success criteria are included. The theoretical subject was also discussed in practice and the data obtained as a result of the fieldwork was analyzed and interpreted in the SPSS program. In the direction of the analysis, there was a statistically significant, positive and very strong relationship between the will of the manager and the success of the business, while there was no statistically significant difference in the gender, marital status, education level and professional experience of the participants, as well as in the views of the will of the manager and the success of the business. According to age and professional experience in the current institution, there is a statistically significant difference in both managerial will and business success views. It has been determined that the participants with experience in both business success and managerial attitude perceptions are lower than the other participants.
