SPSS 26.00 program for analysis of normal distribution, reliability, correlation, regression analysis and multicollinearity analysis in the research; AMOS 24.00 program was used for confirmatory factor analysis. The hypotheses that are the subject of the study were analyzed based on the Baron and Kenny (1986) method. According to the findings obtained in the research, it was concluded that five of the hypotheses put forward were supported and two of them were partially supported. Accordingly, it has been found that manager's coaching behavior has a positive effect on in-role, extra-role performance and well-being, and it has been shown that well-being has a positive effect on in-role and out-of-role performance. It has been partially supported that well-being plays a mediating role on in-role and extra-role performance of manager's coaching behavior.
