Learning organization highschools and organizational obstacles (Bursa İnegöl experience)

The aim of this research consists of determining of whether the high schools are giving an impression of being learning organizations according to the views of teachers, and school directors studying at schools that are linked to Bursa National Education Directorate and determining of organizational obstacles which hinder the fact above with a comparative situational study from the point of view of İnegöl district. 70 directors and 578 teachers who studied in 16 state highschools of İnegöl district in 2012-2013 educational year constitute of the research group of this study. Because the research group was fully participated in this study, sampling method neither was nor followed.Surveillance model was used in this study.
