Abstract (EN)
While technology is advancing rapidly, today's businesses need successful managers who are open to innovations, able to accept change, able to make their employess happy, work for customer satisfaction and direct the organization. The success of managers is a great way to have personality traits and emotional intelligence. It is important to have a manager who recognizes and effectively uses his/her own feelings, values employees feelings and values and listen to them so that indivuduals who act as managers in the organization can move forward in harmony with personality traits and work as a whole. It is normal for conflicts to arise in organization where people from different culture and enviroments. The role of managers is to manage these conflicts that are taking place in the organization effectively and to provide solutions. In the study, it was measured how the personality traits and emotional intelligences of the managers influence each other and how this interaction is reflected in the conflicts management styles. It has been determined that the variables used in this study in the tourism, finance and education sector such as hotel management, university, bank, travel agency in İstanbul are related to each other and they are effects of conflict management styles that managers prefer. At the end of the work, positive conflicts between personality traits, emotional intelligence and conflicts management styles were found in conflicts that occured in the organization.
