Abstract (EN)
In this working, with the context of follower and leader interactions and generally within the framework of managers? cultural values, how changes the managers? followers profile preference was analyzed. First of all, by touching upon the cultural values, it was worked on building a basic for cultural values. Then it was mentioned that how cultural values effects people?s behaviors.In the second part the concept of followership was introduced by under the lights of previous works with its sizes and features. When we look at the institutional framework, by developing recommendations; how dimensions of cultural values effects the manager?s followers profile preference. In this direction, through the sectors and professionals groups, dates were collected among the 316 white collar workers. Collected data?s were analyzed by the help of SPSS program and manager?s preferences who work in the field were presented.As a result of research, who has collectivistic and feminine characteristic, high power distance, uncertainty avoidance and paternalistic behavior with expectation values managers, were found that they behave with the direction of dependent on the follower profile, preferences and passive participations, critical thinking and the structure of non-follower-type. On the contrary the managers who show individualistic and masculine characteristics and power distance and uncertainty avoidance of value judgments with low rates, were observed and reached that active participation of the follower profile, preferences and independent and critical thinking will move in the direction of the follower.Key words: culture, followership, follower types, the followership profile preference
