Özet (EN)
The study was planned to determine the quality of silages prepared from mixtures of Hungarian vetch (Vicia pannonica Crantz.), forage pea (Pisum sativum L.) and triticale (X triticosecale Wittmack.) in different proportions. The study planned for this purpose was carried out in Yozgat Bozok University Application and Research Center in the vegetation period of 2021-2022. Sowing was done in 4 different ratios (80%MF-YB+20%T, 60%MF-YB+40%T, 40%MF-YB+60%T, 20%MF-YB+80%T) for each legume and pure in October. Experiment was set up according to the Random Blocks trial design with 3 replications. Harvesting was done during the milking period of the cereals in lean cereals and mixtures, and during the flowering period in lean legumes. The plants harvested for silage were compressed into 1 kg jars in an airtight manner and stored at 25±2 oC for 45 days. In silage samples; pH, flieg score, dry matter, crude protein, lactic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, potassium (K), phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe) contents will be determined. In the presented project, the analysis of organic acids (lactic, acetic and butyric acid) will be carried out with service procurement in the HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) device within the Yozgat Bozok University Science and Technology Application and Research Center. The resulting data; Both physical and chemical qualities of silages prepared at different rates from different plant groups will be revealed. In addition, since organic acids increase dry matter and protein formation and prevent the formation of microbial activities, their effects on these properties can be determined in prepared lean and blended silages.
