Abstract (EN)
Recent construction engineering contains quite studies on economical designs that especially occur on multi-storey buildings. Shallow and deep groundwork systems in construction engineering is related to soil parameters and building load. In this study, piled footing and spread footing have been examined therefore it has been discussed for the connection between formulizations which have been derived from esteemed previous studies and recent engineering practices. Moreover, piled footing on a sample structure construction has been performed in soft clay-bearing soil. Produced designs contains fractions of radius, length and distribution of the piling system on the groundwork. Thus, appropriate stability and ergonomical designs have been provided. On piled footing, using construction engineering does not aim to make the groundwork to carry the system however, system is carried by the hard rock beneath the unconsolidated soil. On contrary, spread footing aims to carry the load of the building itself. Three estimated models stand on the difference between pile length and distribution thus, there are several tryouts to provide homogenous carrying on the groundwork system.
