Face Mask group consiststed of 15 patients, Modified Forsus group consiststed of 15 patients and the control group consiststed of 15 patients. Lateral cephalograms, intraoral and extraoral photographs were obtained from treatment and control groups before and after the treatment and control period. The treatment period was found 9.25 months for Face Mask group and 4.54 months for Modified Forsus group. The observation period was found 6.1 months. When comparing treatment time between two treatment groups, Modified Forsus group has significantly shorter treatment time than Face Mask group. Results showed that 5.91 mm increase in overjet in Face Mask group arised from %68 skeletal effect and %32 dental efffect. In Modified Forsus group; 5.45 mm increase in overjet, skeletal and dental effects were %43 and %57 respectively. The increase in SNA, A-VR and A-HR measurements in the Face Mask group was statistically significant when compared to the Modified Forsus group. U1/PP and U1-MaxVR measurements increased significantly in Modified Forsus group when compared to the Face Mask group.
