Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the localization of reccurensis of superficial bladder tumors and the localization of primer tumors. The files of 88 patients has been analysed as retrospectivelly which had followed up and treated with primer bladder tumors between January 1996-December 2009 in our clinic. We took totally 88 transizonel cell bladder tumors patients; 11 of them were women, 77 of them were men.The age average was 62,05 ± 11,26. We determine low grade patology in 77 patients (% 87,5) and high grade patology in 11 patients (% 12,5). In 77 patients with low grade patology; 38 patients (% 81,8) in this group had nuks, 39 patients (% 50,6) had no nuks. But in 11 patients with high grade patology; 9 patients (% 81,8) in this group had nüks, 2 patients (%18,2) had no nuks (p<0,05). The diameter and number of tumors between the groups which had nuks and no nuks has not been found statistically significant (p>0,05).When we looked up primer tumors localization in all patients ; 34 of them (% 38,63) were on right wall, 42 of them (% 52,9) were on left wall, 8 of them (% 9,09) were on the base, 2 of them (% 2,27) were on the cap and 2 of them (% 2,27) were on the advers wall. In the nuksed group the 17 of patients which had nuks on the right wall; the 9 patients (% 52,9) had developed nuks again on the right wall. In the group of 23 patients with primer tumors localization on the left wall; the 12 of them (% 52,2) had nuks again on left wall. When we looked up primer tumors localization in all patients it has been developed on the side walls, the nuks localization in the nuksed groups is again on the side walls.
