مَعالمُ الشخصيةِ المُسلمةِ عندَ الشيخِ سعيد حوى في كِتابِهِ الساسُ في التفسيرِ (سُورةُ البقرةِ جمعاً ودراسةً)
In this thesis, it is aimed to explain the characteristics of the Muslim personality in Sheikh Said Hawwa's May Allah have mercy on him "al-Esas fi'l-Tafsir"book through someverses in Surah Al-Baqara. This thesis consists of an introduction two chapters and a conclusion In the first chapter the researcher makes an explanation about the thesis subject then briefly discussed some of the author's life from his birth until his death May Allah havemercy on him and his book of tafsir. And talks about Surah Al-Baqara, itsvirtues names occasions and its relevance to the previous and next Surahs of the Holy Quran. In the second part some features of the Muslim personality in Surat al-Baqara are discussed and three important features in the life of the Muslim are emphasized: Worship Morality and various attributes that are connect between the mind and the body. These features have been extracted based on some verses of this blessed surah Then the results are given. Also some suggestions are mentioned: The one who has the authority to decide should have an important role in guiding people and directing them in the construction of a Muslim's personality and they should show the features based on moderate metins. And this understanding is one of the reasons why nations progress and walk on the path of knowledge understanding and civilization . On the other hand the demonstration of these features is effective in the construction of the Muslim personalit belief and behavior. Therefore it is necessary to guide people to see such contemporary interpretations and to convey the moderate views of commentators. Critical edition of 'Abd al-Malik b. 'Alî al-Bâbî's "Muhtasarmimmâ leyse fi'r-Rawza wa'l- Minhâj" (Between Qadâ and Ummehât al-Awlâd)
The research deals with the investigation of a book from the traditional jurisprudential sources, which is: A summary of what is not in the kindergarten and the curriculum / from the book of judiciary to the book of mothers of children (a study and investigation), by the scholar Abd al-Malik bin Ali al-Halabi, who died (839/1436).The manuscript includes a set of jurisprudential books, namely the Judiciary Book, the Division Book, the Testimony Book, the Claim and Evidence Book, the Manumission Book, the Tadbeer Book, the Writing Book, and the Children's Mothers Book.The author divided these books into a group of branches and issues that he transferred from the sources of Shafi'i jurisprudence, and the author's approach was flexible in division, ease in language, and gradual in presenting opinions, as was his approach in reasoning based on the invocation of the Noble Qur'an, the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, and consensus. The author was distinguished by his encyclopedic culture in comparison and inference, so he used to present more than one opinion of the opinions of the Shafi'i jurists, and contrast them with some of them, as he compared them with what was stated by the Malikis and Hanafis, and he sometimes presented his opinion and argued for it with the evidence that came, as he mentioned the doctrine of the imam Al-Shafi'i and his fatwa in the old and new.The researcher divided the research into three chapters: In the first chapter, he studied the author's personal and scientific life, so he mentioned his name, lineage, surname, year of birth, upbringing, elders, students, ethics, scholars' praise for him, and his scientific output. And the methodology of the investigation, and in the second section, the author's methodology and method of protesting, his sources, the advantages of the book and the criticisms of it, and in the third chapter he took care of the investigated text in terms of extracting the effects from the book and the Sunnah, books of jurisprudence, translation for the media, and clarifying strange words and terminology, then he concluded with a conclusion in which he explained the most important results.

I have studied one of the notable figures of Islam (Imam Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Yusuf bin Abdul Rahman, known as Ibn Al-Hanbali (May God have mercy on him) (Died. 971 A.H. / 1564). The investigation of his manuscript: "Dhubalat Al-Sarraj's ala Risalat al-Sarraj," from the beginning of the book to the end of the women's chapters. The manuscript of "Dhubalat Al-Sarraj's ala Risalat al-Sarraj," is a large scientific encyclopedia of inheritance in Hanafi jurisprudence. It is one of the important and considered books in the doctrine. Thus, it was necessary to transform it from domain of manuscripts to the realm of publications, so it can be accessed by the researchers, and to benefit from it and to facilitate referencing it. This manuscript has dealt with issues that are pervasive in affliction and people and students of knowledge need it, especially in our current time, as the greediness, rapacity, and depriving others of their share of inheritance on the one hand, and people's ignorance of this great knowledge on the other hand.

One of the most important reasons that prompted me to choose this topic is the exacerbation of the dangerous phenomenon of disobedience in the Islamic society, which in the collection of its results leads to the disunity of families and the loss of their children, and to hatred and hatred, which ultimately leads to divorce. And the problems of the West, and it touched upon dealing with cases of family disintegration and identifying its causes and manifestations and the consequences of that from a legal and social point of view; And because the family is the first basic building block in society and its pillar on which it stands and by which it strengthens its pillars, and wives are the pillar in building the family, and through it the psychological bonds and solid social ties are strengthened. Then I divided my research into an introduction and a preface, and made it into two chapters, sections, demands and conclusion. In the introduction, I spoke about the importance of the family in the life of the individual and the group, and ways to protect the self and immunize it from falling into sin, as well as the importance of marriage and procreation, and the more seriousness of disobedience as a disease that disturbs the marital life and threatens it with collapse, and I mentioned in its introduction the principles of Islam In building the family and its importance, the husband's right to guardianship, its meanings and effects, good cohabitation and its rulings, and the effect of obedience on building a Muslim home. From our message on two sections, the first was of two demands, the first dealt with the means of disobedience and the second was the procedures for disobedience. As for the last topic, the first demand came in the impact of the wife's disobedience, and in the second the impact of disobedience on women's rights in Iraqi society

This thesis has focused on the causes and laws of divine punishment in the destruction of past nations in the context of Surah al-Hud. The significance of this topic lies in its presentation of the causes of the decline of nations and the descent of punishment upon them. It also points out the reasons for the rise of nations and the factors of their strength. And the observer of divine punishments witnesses justice manifesting itself in its noblest forms, standing upon His laws in the punishment of nations that deviated from the path of truth and violated divine laws. The Noble Quran narrates the history of those nations upon which punishment befell, in order to draw lessons and admonitions from what befell them. Indeed, the decree of Allah does not waver with the changing times and peoples. Allah, the Exalted, sends it down upon those who deviate from the path and persist in tyranny and darkness. The study narrated these punishments as mentioned in the Noble Quran and the pure Prophetic traditions. The research was divided into two chapters, in which the researcher delved into the divine punishments in detail, explaining their causes and mentioning the common terms used in the Quran to describe punishment, such as punishment, torment, retribution, severity, and penalty. The study then mentioned the reasons for divine punishments, which included both doctrinal and ethical factors. Examples of these punishments were presented in Surah Hud, and the study highlighted the derived benefits from the stories of the prophets, along with the reasons that deter punishments. The conclusion and key findings were discussed. The researcher followed a descriptive, historical, inductive, and analytical approach when narrating and analyzing these Quranic stories and extracting lessons from them. The study reached several results, including the constancy, generality, and comprehensiveness of Allah's decree in punishing nations without delay or postponement. The Quran is the constitution of the believer and Allah's proof against His creation on the Day of Judgment. Through Quranic stories, Allah illustrates the punishment of the aggressors in a vivid and clear manner that is understood by both the knowledgeable and the ignorant. The Quran also highlights the consequences for those who oppose Allah, His messengers, and the believers.
النذور وإيفاؤها في كتاب المغني لابن قدامة دراسة فقهية مقارنة
This study deals with the issue of vows and their fulfillment in the book AlMughni by Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi (d. 620 AH)، and the importance of this topic comes from the scholarly status of the author، as he is considered one of the great Hanbali scholars of his era، and the scientific value of his book is that it is a diverse comparative encyclopedia of jurisprudence that includes، in addition to the opinions of the Hanbalis، the doctrines of other scholars، such as the Hanafi، Maliki، and Shafi'i schools of the four schools، and others، such as Al-Awza'i and Abu Ubaid. The author summarized the book of Al-Kharqi، His method was distinguished by good presentation and organization، so he presents the issue first، then the sayings and their evidence with directing these sayings، and chooses from them what he deems closest to the correct evidence، relying on that on the Qur'an، Sunnah، consensus، analogy، reasonable and other evidences of the Sharia. The study followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the author، presenting his biographical and scholarly biography and defining his book، and the descriptive analytical comparative approach when collecting the theoretical framework about vow and fulfilling it in the book of al-Mughni، analyzing jurisprudential opinions and sayings، comparing them and deducing the most correct. The most important conclusions of this study were az follows: Al-Maqdisi was not only a narrator، but he relied on the soundest evidence، although he often preferred the Hanbali school of thought، and sometimes he did not tend to confirm an opinion when the evidence was not clear. His most important jurisprudential views on the issue of vows were that he conveyed the consensus on the impermissibility of vowing to disobey، and he also sees the permissibility of eating from the meat of the sacrifice even if it is a vow. The book also XIII discussed many issues، and the author's ingenuity in comparative jurisprudence appeared through his extensive knowledge of most schools of jurisprudence، even other schools such as the Shafi'i school of thought in the new and the old. تفسير القرآن لشمس الدين محمد المقدسي لسورتي يس و الصافات دراسةً و تحقيقاً
This thesis deals with the investigation of "Interpretation of the Qur'an" Sur Yasin ve Al Safat, by the Egyptian scholar Shams al-Din Muhammad al-Shafi'i (d. 893 AH), The importance of this explanation comes from the scientific value of the book in which its author combined three kınd of interpretation: by maxim, by opinion and by indication. As well as his interest in highlighting the miraculousness of the Qur'anic expression through the interpretation of the verses and showing their rhetorical aspects, the strength of the expressions, the sweetness of the pronunciation and the beauty of the composition. It also shows the author's interest in the grammatical aspects and reading ways of Quran, and the diversity of the scientific issues contained in it, such as doctrinal and jurisprudential issues, etc., which gives the book great value. In the study department, the researcher followed the descriptivehistorical approach when translating the Egyptian sun and defining his biography and scientific, and in the investigation department, he followed the scientific approach in commenting and documentation, where the text was written, controlled, compared between its copies, proving the differences between them, and documenting sayings and sayings and attributing them to their sources. The most prominent findings of the research are: Al-Shams al-Masry was influenced by Imam al-Qurtubi in a great and clear way in the content of his interpretation, in his methodology, and in what he transmitted from his book "Al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Qur'an", and in his interpretation of Sur Yasin ve Al Safat, he benefited from the great scholars who preceded him, in various sciences, knowledge and arts. Also, Al-Masry was dominated by a large number of quotations from commentators, grammarians, and linguists, without attributing or referring to the sources of these quotations. Likewise, his interpretation contained many weak Israeli narrations, and numbers of weak hadiths, but this does not diminish the importance of the book and its great benefit. Müellefe-i Kulûb özelinde Hz. Ömer'in fıkhî yaklaşımının günümüz zekât uygulamalarına yansıması
Fetihlerin artıp İslam topraklarının genişlemesiyle beraber fıkhî meselelere ait yeni problemler ortaya çıkmıştır. Hz. Peygamber'den sonraki dönemlerde bu problemlerin çözüme kavuşturulmasında sahâbenin uygulamalarının önemli bir yeri vardır. Özellikle Hz. Ömer, uygulamaları sayesinde problemlerin çözülmesine katkı sağlamış ayrıca İslâm hukukunun şekillenmesine de yardımcı olmuştur. Bu araştırmada, Hz. Ömer'in müellefe-i kulûbe yönelik uygulamasından hareketle günümüz zekât sistemlerinde müellefe-i kulûbün durumu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmaya konu olan ülkelerin zekât sistemlerinde müellefe-i kulûbün durumu tespit edilerek Hz. Ömer'in fıkıh anlayışı çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Tercih edilen başlıca yöntemler; araştırma, inceleme ve tahlildir. Bu yöntemler, araştırmanın konusunu tarihsel bağlamda ele alarak karşılaştırma yapma imkânı sağlamıştır. Bu sebeple meselenin daha kolay anlaşılması hedeflenmiştir.

In this thesis, the researcher tried to examine the rhythmic, synthetic, semantic and aesthetic stylistic structures of Iraqi poet Yassin Taha Hafezs'' poems through stylistic analysis through practice on selected models from his poems. With the method Poetry traces the places of beauty in the texts, wandered through the space of our poet Yassin Taha Hafez''s poetic experience, the effects of these texts were obtained through the mechanisms and techniques of stylistic analysis. Perhaps one of the most important results of this study is the abundance of poetic production through the diversity among poet Yassin Taha Hafez''s vertical poetry, free poetry and prose poetry. Examples have represented this diversity, Distinguished by the expansion of poetic rhythm and deepening the relationship between rhythm and proof, As VIIIicture structural structure represented by the poet''s use of grammatical structures of the sentence with noun and verb types, derivatives, predicate and construct, rhythmic phenomena, both external and internal came at various levels. The semantic structure in Yassin Taha Hafez''s poetry has formed a starting point to determine the poet''s poetic dictionary through semantic fields, Nature words field, color words field and emotion and feeling words field, The poet''s psychology is reflected in these words, The poet''s words are a part of himself, especially In terms of feelings and emotions, the poet also gave importance to titles in terms of poetry and language. The poet also used artistic and semantic between texts, fulfilling all literary, religious, historical and mythological forms. The work revealed the aesthetics of the style through the aesthetic structure, The poet used the poetic image in all its forms and patterns, In addition, he combined the perceptions of the senses in the formation of the corresponding poetic image, The poet also used the narrative in drawing the poetic pictuevlicure through the narrative of place and time. The poet Taha Yassin Hafez has succeeded in embodying artistic and realistic honesty by expressing his poetic experience in all fields and subjects, by expressing his poetic experience in all fields and subjects, and by honestly conveying most of his thoughts and feelings, through four stylistic structures: rhythm, composition, semantic and aesthetic. This is study is research of the handwriting describing the eulogy of Mesut bin Hasan Al-Kanawi (Banat Suad). The importance of this handwriting is that it praises Mohammed (may God's praise be upon him). Al-Kanawi's explanation is one of the most important explanations about the eulogy.
