Kurtubi'nin tefsirinde diyalogsal sezdirim

The current study is regarded necessary and important in the manifestation of one of the important method in the Quranic Tafsir, which is the pragmatic or the modern deliberative approach in the study of language . It deals with one of the explanatory texts of the Holy Qur'an, which is (The Comprehensive of the Qur'anic Rules) by al-Qurtubi (d.: 671 AH), through the examination of the resources in which the compiler relied on the dialogue requirement in order to expose the intent meaning of the holly verses. Despite being unrevealed in their meanings and intentions, alQurtubi used the examination of the resources , in the manifestation of number of verses, which is the essence of the modern method of what is called nowadays (the dialogical implement). For this it is necessary to extrapolate of Al-Qurtubi's interpretation in order to identify its multiple sources in the book. As a result of academic studies lacking an independent study dealing with the interpretations of our advanced scholars. In addition to get advantages from the analytical approach, the researcher depends on the descriptive inductive approach, through the exploration of the resources included in the dialogical imperative in the Tafsir (The Comprehensive of the Qur'anic Rules ) describing its structural constructions, and analyzing its semantic elements. The researcher concluded that Al-Qurtubi adopted the customary methods of the people of the Arabic language in the context of defining the meanings that are not directly apparent, as is customarily intended from the verses of the book, without deviating from the rules of the science of interpretation. The deliberative method, with its branches, comprising the dialogical imperative, is concerned with studying the direct relationship of language to the speaker's intentions, based on the nature of the relationship between the verbal act and the context of its issuance, while observing the specificities affecting the verbal act. Also, the rules of linguistic discourse in the interpretation of Al-Qurtubi played an organizing role in the process of communication between speakers, as the disruption of any of these rules leads to the discourse departing from direct significance to interpretation, in addition to the impact of contextual circumstances on that.
