Abstract (EN)

Believing in Al-Qadha and Al-Qadar is considered a pillar/part of the faith in Allah Subhanah-wa-talla, and out of this two terms were found "Al-Kaseb and Al-Eradah". Al-Kaseb (the gain) is referred to wills and desires without actions or existence, and it refer to human will which is the basis for recompense and punishment. Al-Eradah (the will) is the decision of the mind for doing an action or behavior, nevertheless whether it is wanted or not by the willing person. Also Al-Eradah is interesting decision by the call of the wisdom, and it is one of the complicated and specified problems in Al-Qadha and Al-Qadar subject, therefore so many confusions arise around these two terms, especially between Asha'ris and Materdis. Therefore this work aimed to clarify these terms on the basis of modern ideology representing Ahlu-Sunnat-wa-Aljamaat and following their legacy. such ideology is the one found by the great scholar Dr. Mohammad Ramdhan Saed Albuti because of its fairness and also easy and simple discussion of the subject. This work included introduction, preface, two chapters, epilogue, bibliography and appendix. The introduction included general information about Al-Kaseb and Al-Eradah, the reason to chose the subject, its importance, and thanks to my advisor. The preface included objectives of the work, subject of the work, and challenges faced, in addition to the references used in the work. The first chapter included information about Al-Kaseb and was divided into 5 subchapters. The first subchapter included the meaning of Al-Kaseb. Second Subchapter included reason behind choosing term Al-Kaseb by Albuti. Third subchapter included explanation about Al-Kaseb as a basis for recompense and punishment. Fourth subchapter included the relation between Al-Kaseb and Al-Qudra (Allah ability). The fifth subchapter included the origin of the term Al-Kaseb. The second chapter included information about AL-Eradah and divided into 5 subchapters. The first subchapter included the meaning of AL-Eradah and its different definition between speech scholars. The second subchapter included clarification that Allah Eradah and his Eqab (punishment) are none conflicted between each other. The third subchapter included the replies of albuti toward the confusions and illusions raised by the nonbelievers. The fourth subchapter included the destiny of human Eradah vs Allah Eradah. The fifth subchapter included a list of Ayat and Ahadith that was led to confusion. of Al-Jaber, then those ayat and ahadith were explained in the correct way to clear the confusion supported by statements of experienced scholars in the matter. The epilogue included a summary of the studied subject, Followed by the main resources and references. In this work the subjective method was used to analyze the statements of Albuti available form of written books and recorded classes. All ayat were linked to their Sowars and all ahadith were checked to be correct "Sahih" and correct meanings were given. Also statements of Albuti were compared to those of prior scholars. It was concluded that human has Al-Kaseb and Al-Eradah and on their basis the recompense and punishment will occur on the judgment day (Al-Qiamet). Also it was concluded that there is no conflict between human Eradah and Allah Eradah and also that Al-Kaseb is not invented by Ash'aris but it is a description of the Quran. The outcome of this work showed that human Eradah is bound by Allah Eradah. And the fate of human Eradah is in the hand of Allah without any compulsion, and that Allah guide who wants to good deeds (Hedayat) or bad deeds (Dhala) based on their free choices and free Eradah. This is not considered a defect in Allah justice because Allah granted humans with free will (Eradah) to choose between Hedayat or Dhalal. And so Allah subhanh-wa-talla didn't cancel the human free will when he request human to follow god orders and avoid the sins, because whatever human do is based on his free will. And therefore I suggest that all studies and searches in our era should be about the subjects that led to many disagreement and confusions in order to give a clear explanation based on the statements of the great scholars in the field.
