Evaluation and transcription of Hazine-i Hassa (Ceyb-i Hümâyûn) Books numbered 01490, 01491 and 1492: R. 1327-1328/M. 1911-1912

Ceyb-i Hümâyûn Treasury, that is a kind of special treasury of the sultan in the Ottoman Empire shows the way to the expenses of the palace. Ceyb-i Hümâyûn books are important references for identifying expenses of the dynastic family, receipts and expenses belonging to the sultan. Our objective with this work is to balance the books of expenses made on R. 1327-1328/M.1911-1912 dates and evaluate them in accordance with the history methodology. Economic and political situation of the period of V.Mehmet Reşad, who was regnant in the Ottoman Empire on specified dates in our work, historical progress of Ceyb-i Hümâyûn treasury has been clarified and evaluated data after made transcription of the documents.
