The effects of state management on soil management in Ottoman Empire: 12th and 15th centuries

For the Ottomans, which have the most rooted and most business management mechanisms in the world, the distribution, operation and use of land is a very important issue. It can even be said that the administrative system of the Ottoman state is directly related to the land administration. As a medieval state, the Ottoman Empire gave great importance to the land system during the establishment and rise periods. This study aims to reveal the basic principles of the territorial management which form the basis of the Ottoman administration system in 13-15 centuries.
