Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to introduce the life and literary personality of the divan poet with the pseudonym Rıfkî to the world of science, to give information about his work and to reveal the critical text of the work. Rıfki is a divan poet who lived in the 18th century. We learn the most extensive information about him from the Tezkire-i Şuarâ of Şeyhülislam Ârif Hikmet. The information about Rıfki's family, which we have learned that he is from Kilis, is limited. Based on his Divân, it has been determined that Rıfki knows Arabic and Persian well enough to write poetryAs a result of our research, only Rıfkî's Divân has been reached. His Divan is the only copy and is in the Balıkesir Ömer Ali Bey Manuscripts Library. Our study consists of 4 main parts. In the introduction, the period of the 18th century, in which the poet lived, was examined in terms of political, social and literary conditions. In the first part, the poet's life, literary personality and work are included. In the second part, the form and content analysis of Divân (form and content of poetic forms, language and stylistic features) was made. In the third part, there is the description of the copy, the way followed while preparing the text and the critical divan text. There are 8 kaside, 21 kıta, 5 musammat and 81 gazel, 5 of which are in Persian and 3 mesnevi in total 118 poems in the Divân. The forms and contents of these poems are processed according to the order in which they are found in the Divân. The Rıfkî Divân draws attention with the fact that it contains 18th century local elements, its language has local features and often obscene expressions are used.
