The development of the modern kitchen since 1920 and the future kitchens in the light of the technological advances

This study is related to past, present and future of kitchen technologies. The study describes the kitchen concept and the technologies used in kitchens in detail in the first part and discusses the historical development in detail by describing the kitchen. According to the kitchen planning and kitchen types, the kitchen areas and the areas used in the kitchen explain the changes in accessories and kitchen technologies in the following topics. The main purpose of the article is to define the technologies used in the kitchen. In this context, the technology in the development of kitchens has been studied since 1920. In this study, the process of architectural development and change was discussed and the technologies used in the kitchen were discussed in detail. Again under the same heading, the process of evolution of culinary technologies in a period of 100 years has been attempted by taking into consideration the cultural effects of societies in the development of the kitchen. In the last section, a series of inferences and findings related to future kitchens were tried to be obtained by taking into account the changes and developments in a period of 100 years. Looking at the amount of development of technology in the future possible developments in the kitchen examined in the final study, along with findings related to the whole study took place with some suggestions.
