Abstract (EN)
TherelationshipsbetweenTurkeyandRussiahave a historicaldepth. Inthecourse of thishistoricalprocess, despitethepoliticalbehavior of theRussians on theaccessiontothewarmseasandthedomination of thestraits, TurkshaveopposedtotheseRussians' policies, thereforetheperception of mutualthreatandthecrisis of confidencehaveoccured. Manyfactors, such as therecentrequests of theRussiansforthemulti-polar worldarrengement, thedevelopments of theArab Spring process, thedevelopments in theaxis of theSyriancrisis, sharing of energy, thefunction of theShanghaiCooperationOrganization, andthe Russian Federation'sapproachtotheJuly 15 coupd'etat, haveenabledtoadvancetherelationships. ThefactthatTurkeyandRussiaareborderneighboursandRussia is a regionalandglobalpowergeopoliticallyandgeostrategically, Turkish-Russiansrelationshipsshould be goodeconomicallyandpoliticallyandtheresults of theserelationshipsarediscussedandevaluatedwithinthisthesis.
