Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction section and provides a general knowledge of literature. In the second chapter, basic concepts in the three dimensional Euclidean and Affine spaces 3-space are given. In the third chapter, In the three dimensional Affine space, Blaschke metric, theory of surface and improper Affine ruled spheres are given. In the fourth chapter, In the three dimensional Affine space, improper Affine ruled spheres are examined.
