Working times exceed the normal work hoursaccordance with the Labour Law No. 4857

In this study titled "Working Times Exceed The Normal Work Hours Accordance With The Labour Law No. 4857", the regulations on working times determined in the legislation in accordance with the labour law no. 4857 are broadly examined and the issue of overtime work as works exceed the normal work hours is dealt with in accordance with the article 41 of the labour law and the following articles with reference to High Court case laws. After presenting the issue of overtime work, the proof of overtime work and proof means are explained again with reference to High Court case laws. Accordingly, increased wage or leisure time equivalent to overtime work, and compensation subject are described in the next chapter. Finally, the limits and prohibitions in the legislation relating overtime work are explained in this study.
