This research in Descriptive Survey Model has been done for the purpose of determining the relationships between school burnout of sixth, seventh and eighth grade students and their seeking help in the learning process and general academical success levels. As a result of classification which is made of exercisable 1132 scales, it has been determined that the data which belongs to 990 students is appropriate. In the stage of analysing data, Statistical Package Program for Social Sciences (SPSS 21) has been used. From content analysis to reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, independent groups t – test, ANOVA, Post Hoc Test Tukey HSD analysises have been conducted. Moreover, coefficient values of skewness and kurtosis have been examined for normality hypothesis. When analyzed their school burnout of 6th. 7th and 8th grade students according to gender variables in the research, it has been determined distinctively in subdimensions such as school burnout, burnout based on school activities, family and loss of interest. When analyzed their levels of students' seeking help in learning process according to gender veriables, it has been determined distinctively in seekin help during learning process and subdimensions such as effective seeking help and süperficial seeking help.
