7th grade in the primary school, ministry of education the science and technology lesson, examination of the student?s book, the student?s workbook and the teacher?s guide book

The purpose of this study is to examine students?, parents?, teachers? views about Science and Technology student workbook and the teacher?s guide 7th grade.The study was carried out by the researcher according to the criteria including of the content, language, expression and style, learning, teaching and measurement and evaluation with the technical design and arrangement. The criteria was published in the ?Tebligler Journal? numbered 2597, dating June 2007, named ?The Institution Relating To The Examinations And Evaluation Of The Student?s Workbooks And The Educational Materials?. The researcher developed questionnaires for student, teachers and parents. Research participants were 49 7th grade teachers, 277 7th grade students and 125 parents from 29 primary schools placed in districts of Umraniye, Cekmeköy and Sancaktepe in Istanbul. For the analysis of data SPSS 16.0 Windows Statistical Program was used.. In the analysis were established frequency, percentage and diagonal schedule.At the end of the study these conclusions: were reached in general it was determined that parents had completely positive opinion about dimensions of the content, language, expression and style, learning, teaching and measurement and evaluation and the technical design and arrangement. It was determined about the dimension of content that the teachers had on a large scale the positive opinions about the dimensions of the language, the expression and the style, the students have relativity negative opinions about the same subjects. It was observed that about the dimension of the learning, teaching and measurement and evaluation, the teacher looked positive on a large scale, but the students looked negative about the same subjects. In the dimensions of the technical design and the arrangement; It was determined that the teachers the students and the parents informed completely positive views.Key words: Science and technology student book, science and technology workbook, science and technology teachers? guide book.
