İbn Abbâ's opinions deal with pilgrimage (Hajj)with in the frame of his fiqhunderstanding

This work aims to determine the ideas of Ibn Abbas about the Islamic law, who is one of the scholars among the Companions of Prophet Muhammad and is well known for being multi dimensional. Ibn Abbas known as one of the prominent figures of tafseer and hadith studies has a very unique place in the Islamic law. He had easily entered Prophet Muhammad?s home since he was a little boy, attended the science discussions of the four caliphs and has reflected all he has learned to all subjects including law. Even he did not directly write a book on law, his contributions into many aspects of the Islamic law is worth appreciation. In this work the scientific personality of Ibn Abbas has been mentioned together with his jural views and his ideas about hajj in terms of the law. Ibn Abbas has dealt with the topics of Islamic law in his original style and has paved the way for emerging of the Islamic law schools.
