This research deals with a manuscript by Abd al-Malik bin Ali bin Abi al- Muna al-Babi al-Halabi, and it included the study and investigation of the book Purification, in which the author intends to collect rulings related to this section, so he stands on the rulings of the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence, to clarify their legal aspects, and he may correspond in some of its branches between rulings The Shafi'i school and what was mentioned by all the imams of the jurists, relying on textual rulings, or mental evidence, and Al-Halabi spoke about purity, and detailed the saying in its foundations, conditions and ramifications, and related to it from the chapters of tayammum, ablution, induction, wiping over the socks or splint, menstruation, Based on the sources of Shafi'i jurisprudence. Hence, this manuscript took care of an important part of the Shafi'i jurisprudence, and clarified the related provisions, conditions, and ramifications. Intellectual and other transmission, it was what deserves investigation, after it was overlooked by studies, and the pens of investigators, and it was what highlighted a good culture associated with the encyclopedic sciences witnessed in the ninth and tenth centuries AH.
